If the ticket was exactly as quoted in your letter it was a winner on Rose Queen. George M., Chicago. The partay was a winner on Marse Abe and Rapid Water and a draw as to the Griffith entry. G. M-, Chicago. Financier finished first, but Task Master won the race. The final placing of the judges decides that point. W. J.. St. Louis, Mo. The bet was a draw. The phrase "Griffin entry. Rose Queen to go," was a stipulation that it was no bet if she did not go and go as a part of the Griffin entry.
