FLIP FLAP MAY BE RACED THIS YEAR It is said that E C Taylor manager of the Brookdale Stud may send Flip Flap to the races again this year When Mr Whitney bought the liveycarold chestnut mare from J A Bonnet last fall for a broodmare it was reported that she would never appear under colors again Flip Flap appears in the entries to a number of eastern handicaps to be run this year but trainer A J Joyner and Mr Taylor have not definitely decided whether to declare her or not
