ARKANSAS AMIS LAW UPHELD Little Rock Ark June 16 The Supreme Court has handed down a decision upholding the Amis anti race track gambling law passed by tho last gen ¬ eral assembly whereby racing at Uot Springs was forced to suspend The case which was intended as a test was an appeal by Simon and Snydcr from the Garfleld County Circuit Court attacking the con ¬ stitutionality of the law on technicalities connected witlrits passage and ground for appeal and affirmed by the judgment of the lower court against the ap ¬ plicants
