JOCKEY MINTYRE BARRED FROM EXERCISING San Francisco. Cal.. October 10. Instructions were today received from Presiding Judge Hopper to allow jockey J. IMcIntyre to gallop no more horses at Emeryville. Mclntyre was suspended at Seattle and has been helping his employer. F. W. Doss, get his horses ready for the opening of the California season. This is in pursuance of the vigorous policy which will prevail here this season. Judge Hopper Is expected shortly from Kentucky. , Frank Taylor will leave New York for Oakland tomorrow with Angelus, Joe Madden and Schleswig and will help Ilildreth get his horses ready for the opening day here. William Durker has arrived from Seattle -with Kruka. Metlakatla. Adena. Santo Gltano. Ornate and a yearling brother to Kruka. Harry Mack got In with St. Charles. Expectant and one yearling. Fine weather again prevails and training operations wore resumed today. Dr. Rowell. trainer for T. II. Williams, has taken second call on jockey Shilling for the California season.
