HAS DESIGNS ON KINGS PLATE. Toronto, Ont., December S. Trainer John Nbcon. who has sent three winners of the Kings Plate to the post as well as four seconds and one third, will have some material in charge for further attempts on behalf of a new owner. He has taken charge of nine yearlings bought today from Mrs. L. A. Livingston by Charles Millar. K. C, one of Torontos eminent and wealthy lawyers, who means to emulate the success of Harry Giddings in the Plate, if possible. The youngsters, all bred at Co-lourg. and therefore eligible to all Province and Domlnlon-bred events, are to be transferred to Wtwdblne tomorrow. The price was not made public but was not a small one.
