CHARLES ROSSER IN NEW YORK HOSPITAL. New York. March 13. — Charles Rosser. widely known in turf circles, is seriously ill in the Neurological hospital from nervous breakdown. Mr. Bosser, whose home is in Helaire. Ohio, arrived in the city two weeks ago. His son Reed Rosser. who is manager of the Elks Theater in Helaire. arrived in New York Monday to take charge of his father. The elder Rosser will recover, according to the hospital authorities.
