LENA MISHA HAS BROKEN DOWN Little Prospects of Getting: Good Son of King James Back to the Races. Now York, December 13. Frank Nolan, who races under the name of the Beverwyck Stable, lias a number of horses quartered at Gravcsend, including Ima Frank, Nolawn, Crack oDay and two yearlings. The two-year-old Nolawn has had his forward ankles and pastern punch fired. Trainer George Zciglcr, who has charge of the horses, expects to see considerable improvement in Nolawns racing next year. Crack oDay is counted on as a good jumping prospect. The gelding has shown an aptitude for the cross country spoil, is a clean, bold fencer and should prove a. formidable factor next year with a little more seasoning. The good-looking colt Luna Mish.i, belonging to Frank Nolan, appears to be unsound and It :s said that Ho further attempt will lie made to race him. The colt is turned out at. Saratoga. Of the two yearlings in Zeiglers charge at Gravesend, one belongs to Lawrence Carey and the other to the Beverwyck Stable. Mr. Careys yearling is a lmndsome and rather racy looking chestnut filly, which ho bought out of the number brought over from California by Messrs. Ccbrlan and Casey. She ia by Marse Abe Salcska, by Salvation son of Salvator Chimera and dam of Escarola, by Amigo, second dam Colonlas, by Emperor of Norfolk. This is a large and gracefully formed filly, having plenty of size, range and substance as well as udmirablo racing conformation. The other yearling, belonging to the Beverwyck Stable, is a dark brown filly by Sir John Johnson Okitau, the dam of Conning Tower. This is a compact little thing, with great substance for her huifcnt. She has good length of neck, great depth through thd chest, oblique shoulders, stout and cylindrical barrel and immense loin and quarters lor a filly of her size. Trainer Zelgler says that ho Mas a surprising turn of speed and that should .he be able to maintain it for a racing distance, she ouglit to prove a wonderfully fast two-year-old new yuv
