MADOE F. showed a good order of speed and was going fast at the end. LOTS raced well, but was brought wide on the last turn. HELEN HAYES set a fast early pace, but tired after going a good half mile. BATTER CAKE came with a great rush in the stretch after beginning slowly, hut failed to quite get up. BOX JOUR had a rough race and finished fast and gamely.
