NEW YORK BUCK LAW REPEALED ALBANY N Y April 3 The state asset bly lias passed the Everett bill repealing the 1 tick law and permitting hunters to shoot but one eer of either sex hereafter instead of the two b tks noy allowed The bill now goes to the senate for action actionThe The assembly also passed the Cowee bills ch ng ing the trout law to permit the taking of twe ty five trout in a day instead of ten pounds now or mitted reducing frain fifteen to ten the number of black bass that may be taken in a day by tin angler and increasing to 2050 the license fee for unnatiiralizcd persons or aliens for hunting licenses licensesCity City county and town clerks issuing such li ¬ censes are tiermittcd to require applicants to pro ¬ duce their citizenship papers if they have any doubts us to whether or not the applicant is an alien
