Cates will ship Katherino Rankin and Veteran to Windsor from Montreal in time to race there on the opening day. Jockey W. Dunklnson, who was suspended at Erie, Pa., last fall, has been restored to good standing by judge Joseph A. Murphy. Milo Shields will ship his horses to Red-falls, Neb., to be rested at his farm there. Korbly has had the firing irons applied and is out of racing for the rest of the season. Jockey W. Hinphy has been granted a license by the Quebec Breeders and Racing Association on receipt of word that nothing was found against him at Havana last winter. Hinphy began riding on that circuit Saturday at King Edward Park.
