ANOTHER MISSOURI DECISION DECISIONST DECISIONS ST Louis March 15 The Breeders law un ¬ der deer which poolroom cases have recently been tried has been declared constitutional by Judge Hirzel Hire in the St Louis circuit court at Clayton The decision was rendered in re ¬ sponse spoons to a demurrer filed by counsel for the de ¬ fendants fondants in the case of the State vs George Ehrlich Erich et al the managers of the Brooklyn Turf Exchange in which the court was asked to quash the indictments against them for poolselling bookselling Judge Hirzel Hire refused and the accused will have to stand trial
