Liew Anna made up a lot of ground from a bad beginning. OConnor outrode Mitchell on Fleeda, who was used a lot and ran an excellent race. She should have won. Frosts finish on the Prince was weak, Jim Flood ran a bad race. Alva and Nover had a lot of early speed. Overweights Liew Anna, 1 pound; R. B. Sack, 11; Nover, 4.
