THE "RUIiED OFF" IiIST. There is not an authentic list of ruled off owners, trainers, jockeys and horses of the western turf. Snch a list is necessary for information and is being carefully made up by E. C. Hopper for Daily Racing Form and the official organ of the American Turf Congress. The American Turf Congress Record.
