SAIE OF OABWOl D YEARLINGS. Saturday, August 12, at Hawthorne paddock, promptly at 12 oclock, Woodard and Shanklin will sell the Oakwood Stud yearlings, property of Messrs. Applegate and McMeekin. They include the get of Fonso, Lamplighter, Wads-worth, Victory, Prince Royal, Badge and Sleip-ner. It is a well known fact that Oakwood Stud sends out no maidens, nearly all their matrons being famous producers, and it is better than even money that many winners will come from this bunch.
