WASHINGTON PARK OFFICIALS. The annual meeting of the Washington Park Club was hold at the Wellington Hotel last eight. Mr. Charles D. Hamill was elected president to Bucceed the late George Henry Wheeler. No better selection for this important and honorable distinction could have been made. Mr. Hamill has long baen prominent in tbe direction of the affairs of the club and has always taken active interest in its racing department. A courteous, popular gentleman Mr. Hamill will be sure to worthily discharge the duties that havelfallen to him. Mr. D. M. Cummings was elected fourth vice-president in succession to George E. P.
