ARRIVALS AT LAKESIDE. Ten carloads of horses for the Lakeside track [ arrived there yesterday afternoon from Memphis, - Tenn. In the cars were the stables of T. E. . Barrett, James Arthur, L. Ezell, F. W. Doss, J. O. • Keene, W. Gum, J. J. Marklein, S. S. Bender, , R. Tucker, E. C. Brown, H. T. Griffin, S. T. • Gaines, R. E. Watkins, W. H. Rainey, C. E. Mahone, E. G. Wachter, J. McNaught, J. Cochran, L. D. Frazee, D. Waldo, H. Robinson, A. . C. Clark and others. Secretary Nathanson spent the day at the 5 track and personally superintended the work c of allotting stables to the horse owners from the south. Mr. Nathanson says that he has experienced - great difficulty in finding stall accommodations for those who desire to race i , their horses at Lakeside. Thus far he has had 1 applications for housing nearly 1,000 animals. . Last year at this time there were 300 empty , stables at Lakeside. Horsemen say that the 9 congested condition of affairs at the Indiana i track augurs well for a season of grand racing in Chicago this year. Albert SiuT.ji7S arrived at the track recently r with a stable of six good ones, among them a being Fidel Youlin, Latch Key, Sig Levy, Orion, Iznik and Potente.
