The first three were driving hard. Silver Tone, off poorly, was bumped, cut off and generally roughly handled and clearly best. Wyoming finished strongly and ran his race. Louis B. Mc Whirter is a vastly improved colt but he tired somewhat in the final furlong. Castake showed some speed. Scratched— 17581 Socialist, 108; 17582De Blaise, 107.
