PERSONS RILED OFF. Covington, Ky., January 24, 1900. The following are rulings by the Crescent City Jockey Club : J. Dyment, trainer, suspended indefinitely from ail privileges. April 5, 1900. The Committee of Appeals has reinstated J. D. Clayton, who whs indefinitely suspended by the Crescent City Jockey Club on January 5, for the incocsistent performance of the mare Yir-gieO. E. C Hopper, Secretary. Covington, Ky., March 22. 1899. The Crescent City Jockey Club has notified me of th« ruling off of jockey W. Stewart for purposely riding to lose on the horse Seiden-bach and other horses at the meeting. E. C. Hopper, Secretary.
