ST. LOUIS* NEW TRACK. Concerning the proposed new track at St. Louis yesterdays Republic cays : "Joseph D. Lucas is going to build his new racetrack at the intersection of the Wabash and Suburban tracks, fifteen miles from St. Louis, in St. Louis county. "The Kinloch Jockey Club, which will build and operate the new track, filed articles of incorporation in the office of the Recorder of Deeds at Clayton yesterday. The company is capitalized at 0,000, divided into 500 shares of 00 each. According to the articles filed yesterday, 240 share- of the stock are owned by Edmund E. Martin. 130 by L. Owen, and 130 by Benjamin Quiun. Daniel G. Taylor, the attorney of the company, said afterward, however, that they were simply employe, and that their names were us»d in the absence of Messrs. J. D. Lucas. Phil Chew and Edward Butler. Jr., wh_ are the promoters of the new enterprise. The capital has all been paid. The directors of the new track have $"0,000 in their hands right now.
