RULED OFF. St. Lolis. Mo.. August 13. — Larry Kavauagb. M. Kavauagb.. S. Lindsay and W. Leonards were ruled off the turf today for the fraudulent running of the horse Apple Jack on August 10. The horse was also ruled off and jockey McGinn exonerated from blame.
