THE BOER CASE CASEBUFFALO BUFFALO N Y July 24 The judges have finally handed out a decision in The Boer case The colt was claimed from W W Lester out of a selling race at Highland Park by M Sheedy Lester entered a protest at the time claiming that the claim was irregular and fraudulent An investigation brought out the fact that W Shields had advanced Sheedy the 500 to claim the colt The horse was afterward transferred by Sheedy to W Weir and Doc Graydon The result of the investigation is that Sheedy has been ruled off the turf while Graydon Weir are ordered to return The Boer to Lester
