The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards will be held in Room 1512 Ashland Block, on Monday, October 7. RULINGS. For inconsistent racing, the entry of Alaska, ch. g, 6, by Feliowcharm, dam Sister to Ruth Ryan, has been ordered refused by the Harlem Jockey Club. For violation of the rules, Bert Ezell, assistant trainer, has been fined 0.00 and denied all track privileges until same is paid, by the Chicago Jockey Club. For a violation of the rules pertaining to the best interests of racing, Henry Bowie has been ruled oft the turf by the Chicago Jockey Club. The Chicago Jockey Club has ordered that the entries of Hold Bros, and the following horses be refused : Barton, br. g, a., by imp. Simple Simon, dam Birdie. Frangible, ch. g, 4, by Fonso, dam Miss Nannie. Krewer, b. c, 3, by imp. Dandie Dinmont, dam Drift. Simmonswald, b. g, 3, by Leonatus, dam Camilla.
