Money Muss ran to his best form and stood a long drive through the stretch. Sevoy ran lapped on him until just before the last eighth, where Money Muss drew slightly away, but in the closing strides the former closed up again only to be shaken off once more. Gonfalons recent races over a distance of ground seems to have taken some of his spaed away and he ran a dull race. Bummer could never get up at any iart of the race.
