Pronta came faBt on the outside in the last eighth and was going away at the end. John A. Clarke, under a weak ride, finished strongly next to the inside rail. Hat Mitohell ran well and stayed better than usual. He Btood a drive or an eighth of a mile down the stretch. Miss Hume began to tire when opposite the paddock gate. Fade Meny was pocketed badly all through the stretch. Autumn Leaves was all entangled at the start and had little chance after she got clear soiling. Boomerack got off flying and simply played with his field. The Batcher finished fast and was easily the best of the others. Woodstick ran a surprisingly good race, making up ground in the last Quarter and finishing strongly. He runs beat in mud. Protect was right there all the way. Bosa Diah ran well for a half mile. Siren Song finished fast and ran an excellent race. She threw her jockey while at the post and ran away over a quarter of a mils before the start. Bed Apple showed plenty of speed but tired in the last eighth. Star of Bethlehem, under a weak ride, ran a poor race. He can do better. Aaron showed speed for five furlongs.
