We know of two horses that have received a special preparation for the races in which they will start. The public estimate on them is entirely out of line, and they are bound to be at liberal prices in the opening betting. We have such positive information on these two horses that we are convinced only an accident can prevent their winning and our followers cashing. Whether you are a winner or loser you cannot afford to miss this opportunity. These horses having been prepared away from the present scene of racing makes this information exclusive. Both will be 15 to 1. FORM LETTER ON SALE AT 9 A. M. Also sold at Wellington and Sherman Hotels ; Kolmans cigar store, 267 Dearborn St. ; cigar stand in Adams Express Building, 185 Dearborn St., and news stand, northwest corner Clark and Madison Sts. FRED ERNEST. I take this method of announcing to my friends and patrons that I will positively not send any more information until the track is again in first class condition. I do not intend to risk my reputation, nor have my friends risk their money under the present circumstances. Except that we have more rain the track should be fast and fine early in the week, not later than Tuesday, and probably Monday. As it has been, horses have been unable to do their morning work. No one has a line on them as to their present ability to race. Horses confined to their stalls unable to get exercise are bad betting propositions, regardless of their class and what they may have done in the past. Yesterday I sent my friends a horse whose name for obvious reasons I shall not mention here that can run over anything with which he was entered. His racing and work of a couple of weeks ago at LatoDia proves this conclusively to everyone who is aware of the circumstances. The stable connections were so confident of winning, regardless of his lack of recent work, that I was induced against my better judgment, to send him to my friends. You know the result I am not making excuses, but regret having wired it, for there is another reason: we anticipated a much larger price than was offered by the books, and I pride myself on rarely ever sending a horse that proves to be a favorite or is hold at a short price. This is proven bjf my record and reputation. My Money is Made by sending horses at a good price; favoritos and short priced horses are not in my line, and I Cant Make a Cent except they pass the wire first. It is my clients privilege to play as they choose, but I want my share played "straight." This proves my sincerity, as I ask No money in advance Instead bet for me on the horse I wire you. I send everything in my private code to protect my stable friends. If ynu are on the "square" I want you for a client, and will guarantee you good straight, inside stable information. Enclose 25 cents in your firet letter to guarantee me against loss by the refusal of telegrams. Address Fred Ernest, P. O. Box 182, Chicago,
