I have got the "inside" line on all the star "tricks" that will be turned loose here. I have been at Saratoga two woeks and know the history of every "good thing" that is now on the ground. I know those; that are ready to bo served up "piping hot" and those that are half-cooked "babies," and will keep my "GIG LAMPS" on them until they are also ready for serving. Unless yon know the ripe melons from the green ones you wont have a chance in a million to pick the WINNERS. "Dope" and handicapping never cut any "freeee" at Saratoga. "Works" and early morning trials alone get the coin. That accounts for my wonderful success there yearly. If you are a kandicapper throw away your "dope" book as a useless expedient. "Hop ledgers" will bo barred in the betting and it is "info" that you must have ; and talking about "info," there is only one from whom to get it. It seems neediest to mention the name, but it is. spelled something like J-A-M-E-S. My terms are 0 for SIX SPECIAL TRACK WIRES sent in cipher. When killings are made, I have them, and you can get next to them by becoming pne of my numerous followers. A copy of "How to Bet Successfully" will be mailed free on application. COMMON SENSE REASONING. The reason the majority of horse people are not successful on the turf is this: Should a hone be at 15 or 20 to 1 you will bet or 0, and should the same trick be at even money, you will put down 00 straight without a second thought. This is a big mistake. The only way to beat the horses is to put a uniform bet on each trick that you have information on. No matter should his price be 2 to 5 or 50 to 1, you should he governed by a uniform bet. That is why our big bettors have been so successful, namely, "PittBburg Phil," Davy Johnston, Dave Gideon, "Cad Irish," J. McQinniB and numerous lesser lights. I will operate an account for you. Playing my selections, I will accept an account of 5 or 0 and will place or 0 straight on each one of my selections two a day, mailing or wiring you my two good things each morning. When I operate for you I charge nothing for my information, but deduct a commission of 20 per cent, at the ena of each week for my trouble. Winnings remitted to you at the close of each week. C. H. James, P. O. Box 201, Saratoga, N. V.
