TWO GREAT TRACKS. In response to a number of queries concerning the plan of the new Saratoga track and others in regard to the Eclipse course at Morris Park, dia grams of the two are here presented, the diagram of the Saratoga track being reproduced from the New York Morning Telegraph. The mile course at Saratoga, starting from a chute at the right of the grand stand, is a notable feature. In effect it does away with the first turn of the ordinary oval mile track and is bound to be conducive to fast performances. Douros mile in 1 :38 yesterday is sufficient to show that Brigadiers record of 1 will probably be eclipsed before the present .meeting comes to a close. There are certainly faster horses at Saratoga than Douro.
