Lovable broke smartly, showed the most speed, saved ground when the field spread in the stretch and was best. Louis Wagner finished strongly after running a good race. Kiss Quick ran and finished well. Reducer, cut off twice, ran a strong race. Blueblaze was very badly handled. La Rouge ran a very good race under a poor ride. Dodie S. got off poorly and had an easy race. Otis took her up when he saw she could not win. Lasso had no chance from where she got off. Overweights La Rouge, 3 pounds ; Dodie S., 3. Floyd K. came fast through the stretch and finished strongly. Burlap showed speed and ran a good men. Hetzel is high in flesh, but showed speed and ran a good race for a green colt. Ruth L. showed speed to the stretch, buttired and quit. Miss Eon is highly thought of, but titcd badly. Jean Gravier was given ah easy race. Dr. Kam-merer was not persevered with. Fearful fenced well and ran a plucky racet but is too small to carry high weight. Terra Incognita jumped badly and lost ground at each fence. South Breeze did her best, but hardly ran to the mark of her best form. Cherished ran her race. Menace ran a dull race. Tom Gilmore showed marked improvement. Start good. Won easily; second handily. Mabel Winn raced Icicle into submission and came on and won easily. Lunar liked the easy turns and the long stretch and ran a good race. Icicle showed early speed, but tired in the stretch run. Pretender ran an extra good race for a maiden. He is a good looker and probably a good colt.
