He bore in on Immortelle in the last fifty yards, pinning her against the rail and was disqualified and the race given to Immortelle. Dumont was outrun in the first part of the race, but finished very strongly and caught Onyx II. and Mrs. Frank Foster tiriDg. Mrs. Frank Foster showed the most early speed but tired as if short. Kelly went to-work on Circus from the start and hustled him along all the way. He came away from the others in he stretch under a hard drive. Zonne showed wonderful improvement and a disposition to run which has been sadly lacking in his last few races. He caught Crimean tiring in the run home and raced him into subjection. The latter did his best. Silk Cord showed a high order of speed, but was under a choking pull and fighting for his head all the way and when called on had nothing left Scratched 337173Advocator, 103.
