FORT ERIE AGAIN. Deteoit, Mich., September 4. W. O. Parmer, Secretary of the Highland Park Club, announced today that racing would be resumed at Fort Erie for a period of twelve days or longer, weather per-, mitting, immediately at the close of Torontos fall meeting, which closes October 4.
