Ermack was always in a contending position, went to the front with a rush on the turn and won easing up. King-Tatius made Hp ground fast in the stretch and ran a good race. Qaixada showed improvement and ran to the mark. Ladaa was very badly ridden and subjected to extreme restraint, while he likes best to run in front. Herodes and The Mormon tired. Budweiser showed tho most early speed and ran well in the stretch, but tired in the deciding drive. Pathos and Gas Lighter ran good races under bad rides. Crutchfield showed unusual early speed. First Attempt was off badly, but displayed a splendid turn of speed whan she got clear of the field and won eased up. It was a sparkling performance. Elastic closed up well in the last quarter under a fine ride. Happy Chappy ran well and finished stoutly. Bridge showed great early speed, was much used in breaks and ran a good race. Maggie Clopton closed up well from a bad beginning. Gallantrie is lame and sore. Erema ran a wretched race. Miss Mae Day was all but left. Prosper La Gai was very fit today, liked the fast track and easy turns and had something left at the finish. Uledi ran a fine race, finished fast and was wearing the winner down at the end. Satin Coat, stiff and sore, was outpaced at the start but closed up fast in thejrnn home. Lunar ran a good race and finished fast. Ulenwood can do better. Peaceful ran a bad race, much below his true form. Antolee was pulled up at the start, made up much ground and was eased up when her rider saw she could not win. Prosper La Gai, show, 3 to 1. Fitzbrillar was off badly, under restraint to the stretch, swung wide at the stretch entry, bnt closed up fast in the run home. He can beat Geheimniss this way weighted. Handspinner has a sore mouth and throws his head up at the start, bnt ran a good race here and finished stoutly. Fore and Aft did fairly well. Two Lick ran a fast half, then tired. Jake Weber was woll rated behind the pacemakers, came fast in the stretch and wore The Boer down and just got up in time to win. The Boer showed wonderful improvement and ran a fast six furlongs, but tired at the end and Booker outrode Beauchamp. Ciales did his best. Icicle ran a dull race. He was claimed for S1.300 by Gnmberts and Powers. Scratched 35347 Tickful, 107. Jake Weber, show, 7 to 10. The Boer, show, 9 to 10. Ciales, show, 7 to 10. Icicle, show, 1 to 4.
