NOTES OF THE TURF. Manager Wagner, of the Worth track, has instructed Secretary Jasper to prepare conditions for eight stakes to be run at the spring meeting, which will commence April 30 and continue for twenty-one days. The total added money will bo 3,500, an average of about ,700 per stake. It is Secretary J aspers present intention not topnt on a stake exclusively for three-year-olds. Most of the stakes will be handicaps, and the entries will close March 1. T, Licalzi has sold the two-year-old Wilton to W, Newman, who will rest her up and take her east in the spring. O.
