OWNBEY REINSTATED. New Orleans, La., Dec. 28. The stewards today made the following roport and recommendation: " After satisfactory proof that James Ownbey is the sole owner of the horses that have been run-ling in the name of Hatfield and Ownbey and Hatfield, Dwnbey and Co., we suggest that said James Ownboy be restored to all privileges as an owner and trainer." Rankin, winner of the third race, was run up to SOO and bought in by Durnell and Herz.
