Spec hung on gamely at the end and just managed to last long enough to stall off Melbourne Eclipse. The latter made up ground and finished fast next to the inside rail. Burke Cochran bngan slowly, but closed a big gap and finished fast. Memphian showed early speed, but tired under a drive. Maghoni quit after going a half. Throw her race out. She can-do better.
