After the races are run New Orleans clients can learn at our New Orleans office the names of the horses Mr. Lichtenstein has been instructed to play. New York clients can learn at our New York office, and out of town clients will receive the news by telegraph, if they so order all telegrams at cost of subscriber. In addition, we undertake to place in the hands of the editor of the New Orleans Item before the races the selections the money will be played on, and also to advertise next morning the names of the horses Jn the New York Daily America, which is a recognized racing authority of the country. For the security of persons to whom our fame and financial standing are unknown, and who wish to follow us at New Orleans, the Maxim and Gay Company refers to the State National Bank of New Orleans and turfmen generally. TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The fee for our three-horse wire is 0 weekly. Mr. Sol Lichtensteins charges for placing your money at the track are 5 per cent of the net weekly winnings. Statements are mailed you weekly, with checks for any profits. Accounts accepted subject to withdrawal by you on telegraphic notice to that effect Official closing odds, as published in the New York Daily America, u recognized racing autlity of the east, are guaranteed.
