GOSSIP OF THE TURF. Additional withdrawals from the Brighton Handicap are J. A. Caesars April Shower, P. M. Burchs Marque and G. B. Morris Cunard and Sombrero, which, with Northern Star, make the small number of five declarations from this event out of eighty-three original entries. There has been a similarly small number of declarations from the. Brooklyn and the Suburban handicaps, with their seventy-nine and eighty-eight entries respectively, which is taken to mean that owners, generally, are highly satisfied with Handicapper Vosburghs allotment of weights and are also particularly anxious to take a chance in view of the unusual richness of these important stakes. The following two-year-olds will race in the colors of Talbot Bros, this season: Atwill, ch. c, by The Commoner Bright-light. Prince Silverwings, b. c, by The Commoner Miss Leaflet. Delvay, ch. c, by The Commoner Lb-rissaJ Conclave, b. c, by The Commoner Casca-ret. Talyon, b. c, .by The Commoner Ramona. Wainola, b. f, by The Commoner Matilda.
