KINLOCH JOCKEY CLUB WINS. The Kinloch Jockev Club won a victory over the Florissant Valley Club yesterday at a special meeting of the Western Jockey Club held here. The dates from April 15 to May 1, which the Florissant Valley Club were trying to get, were taken from that body and given to the Kinloch Jockey Club. Mr. Joseph A. Murphy, who came to Chicago in the interest of the Kinloch Club, was much pleased with his success, and predicts a successful meeting at St. Louis this spring. The entries to the different stakes will not close until March 19, instead of March 12, as previously announced. The action of the Western Jockey Club puts an end to the Florissant Valley Club as far as racing dates for 1903 are concerned.
