Ora McKinney displayed sudden and remarkable improvement, went through her field, easily overtook the leaders and won with plenty left. Allegrette went well to the last eighth, then tired. She was given a weak finish. Bush Smith ran his race. MengiB closed up stoutly and seems to be improving. Yenom showed speed, but tired. Tom Olney ran in much improved form. Pettijohn was under restraint to the half then came fast and should have been closer up. The ride on him was poor. Carat ran welL but was a shade short. Maud Gonne tired in the going.
