FAYS YEARLINGS. From the office of the the jockey club in New York John Fay has received notification of the acceptance and registration of names for fourteen yearlings which are now at Louisville. The chestnut colt by Top Gallant Marie Shanklin dam" of Copperfield and Benekart is named James H. Reed, ror the popular steward of the Eastern Kentucky Insane Asylum at Lexington. The bay colt by St. Andrew Candid dam of Cambaceres and Libbie Candid is called Jug Edwards, a turf follower. James "Warren, the name given the chestnut colt by Bassetlaw Fedalma dam of Meehanus comes from that of the cashier of one of the Memphis banks. , Tommy OHara, after a noted turf character, is a chestnut colt by Inverness Fleda B. dam of Prince Rupert and Martin. Mr. Jack is the brown colt by Henry Young Pearl Finzer, and Mrs. Jack is the chestnut chestnut filly by Esher Lindenette. The brown colt by Bassetlaw Darine, is called Piker Clerk. Odd Luck, ch. c, by The Pepper Eleanor. This is a half brother to James J. Corbett and Deborah. Fox Hunting, b. c, by Longstreet American Lady. Lilliandra, b. f, by The Pepper Mildred.
