Baywood, also taken wide into the stretch, ran a good live furlongs and, when bumped into by Sea Voyage, tired, but was an easing up second. Mary Prlmm showed speed for the lirst half, but tired in the tinal drive. -Lilly Brook came fast in the last quarter. Mayor Graham ran a bad race and can do better. Investor showed sudden improvement and was a sharp contender for the entire trip. Whorler saved much ground when turning into the homestretch and put up a good performance. Loricate tired in the final drive. Schoharie quit when hard driven and ran below his previous effort. Boh May could r.ot extend himself freely in the going and swerved under had handling. Round -Dance, taking kindly to the going under strong handling, came like a -flash under the whip in the last furlong and easily passed the tiring Helen Lucas. The latter shot into a long and commanding lead early, showing a tine burst of speed, but tired when she got to the stiff going in the stretch. Mamie K., away poorly ami going wide on the turns, finished fast and gamely and will probably perform better at a longer distance. Our Own ran a good race from a poor beginning. Torchello ran forwardly for the first three-quarters and tired suddenly in the stretch. Roderick had no mishaps. Jungle Imp was given a bad ride and had scant chance. Flying Charcoal ran on the outside for the entire trip and covered more ground than the first two. fins Lanka showed much the most early speed, but was rushed along too fast and quit after going a half mile. Adesso was pinched off a couple of times, but finished fast and resolutely.
