CELLA BUYS UNION PARK GRANDSTAND. Louisville, Ky., September 13. Some time ago the Union Jockey Club of St. Louis relinquished its lease on the Union Park grounds as the rental of 0,000 entailed a greater expense than the club cared to take on with no prospect of racing In sight. Tho commodious steel grandstand was sold to Cella, Adler and Tllles, and the Work of taking the structure apart is now going on. The recent invention of a machine for he cutting of rivets In steel buildings expedites the work, and the steel framework will be as good as new. It will be stored away for future use. As manager nachraelster expressed It, "Wo dont need the stand now, but you cant teU how. soon we may."
