FULLER GETS AN ALLOWANCE. New York, October 24. Jockey Grover Cleveland Fuller, of Chicago, who had his leg broken when Wltful fell with him in the Excelsior Handicap at Jamaica in the spring of 1905, has been granted nn allowance of 00 per month for one year from the fund, of the Jockey Club. Fuller has not been able to ride since the accident.
