i j t , DR. H0LLIS BREAKS A TRACK RECORD. Dallas, Tex., October 20. Another perfect day, another great crowd and spirited racing were the conditions at the Fair Grounds today. This was the last draw In and nineteen books drew stands. This makes an average of twenty-one for the meeting which is a record for this part of the country. The feature of the day, an owners handicap at six furlongs, saw a track record broken when Dr. Hollis led a bunch of fast ones home in 1:13. M. N. Macfarlan takes up the circuit from here as presiding Judge, Joseph A. Murphy leaving for Pimlico and Bennings tomorrow night.
