TO COPY JOCKEY CLUB METHODS. Lexington, Ky., November 12. A breeding bureau similar to the one in operation in New York will be formed by the American Breeders Protective Association for the Improvement of the breed of horses In Kentucky. The question was taken up by the association today, a motion made by J. N. Camden, Jr., and a committee composed of Mr. Camden, and O, H. Chenault was appointed to secure a copy of the by-laws of the New York bureau. Efforts will be made to place a thoroughbred stallion in every county In the state which has none. Colonel E. F. Clay was re-elected president of the association and George H. Whitney elected secretary and treasurer to succeed the late B. Smith Gentry. The report of, . acting secretary.
