P. J. DWYER HAS EYE TROUBLE. New York, July 1G. Philip J. Dwyer has been confined in a local hospital for several days, where he submitted to an operation on his eyes. The operation proved highly successful and. the venerable president of the Brooklyn and Queens County Jockey Clubs will be out and his eyesight fully restored, it is expected, by next Saturday.
