Hart-Jng, off forwardly and a game contender at all stages, carried Tagane end Nettie Carita along at a pace Hint made them tire, proved the gainest when it came to drive and was; going away at the end. Tagane ran to ln-r best form and set a fast pace for live furlongs, but tired under punishment at the end. Cooney K., on the inside all the way, finished gamely and was wearing "Faguuu down at the end. Mary Daiby ran well. Nettie Carita showed speed, but failed to stay. Catherine F. was shuttled back at the start and outrun in the lirst quarter, but Avent up on the outside witli a rush on the far turn, drew away in the last furlong under a mild drive and was going away at the rnd. Ladv ISaldur, crowded back soon after the start, came through on the inside when entering the s i retch and finished gamely under punishment. Lattice was carried wide on the turn into the homestretch, where she lost a couple of lengths, but came again in the last sixteenth and outstayed Marion Moore in the final drive. The latter ran well to the stretch and tired. Reticent, off forwardly, raced Showman into defeat in the lirst half mile and then drew away, but tired in the last furlong and had to be hard ridden to stall off Mattie II. The latter made a fast and game effort when straightened out in the homestretch, but tired after getting to the winner and Avas driving hard at the end. Light Note, carried Avide on the lirst turn, gained steadily on the leaders in the run down the backstietch and linislied gamely under a drive through the last furlong. Showman showed the iuost early speed, but failed to stay. Cursus was outrun all the way, looks and runs as if trained off and evidently "needs a let-up. Overweights Monterey, 1 pound. . Woolstone held his opponents safe at all stages, rushed into a winning lead in the lirst furlong and, set-ling a fast pace all the way, was well i:i hand at the finish. Factotum, outrun for the lirst half, gradually improved Ills position from there to the finish, was going fast at the end and easily disposed of Dollnda. The latter Avas well up and a game contender to the stretch turn, but tired under punishment in the stretch. Imhodeii finished well. The latter began slowly and was taken around on the outside and Avent wide on all turns, but responded gamely under punishment, was Avearing the leader down at the end and would have Avon in anotlier stride. Aquiline, a rapid breaker, ret a fast pace, but t.ied after going live furlongs. Lady Klkhorn Avas well up all the way. Bewitched ran a fast three furlongs and tired. Scrat cited 7029S Pinkola, 110. The Globe was crowded back on the lirst turn and forced to the outside, moved up fast on the far turn and easily disposed of Venus and Excitement, but had to lie ridden out in the last sixteenth to maintain her advantage. Matabon was outrun to the lirst turn, where lie was crowded back, but found an opening next to the inside rail Avhen entering the homestretch and linislied fast under punishment. Reveille was outrun In the early stages, but closed a big gap and linislied Avith a rush through the last furlong. Gold Spray linislied well. Venus and Excitement Avere speedy, but Avere used up in setting the early pace. Scratched 70379 Consideration, 111; 70400 Spendtlirif t Helen. 107.
