GRADING TRACK AT ARCADIA. Los Angeles, Cal., August 17. The work of grading for the new race course at Arcadia was begun last Wednesday. There are about 100 teams at work. "Lucky" Baldwin is at Talioe to spend a fortnight in rest, hut will return to his ranch when George Rose arrives from Europe. J. II. Uuruh, representing Baldwin, says the new track will be ready for opening Thanksgiving Day.
