NEEDS NO OUTSIDE CAPITAL. New York, August 20. A story was in circulation at Yonkers today that T. D. Sullivan and P. II. McCarren had purchased an interest In the Empire City plant. When .Mr. Butler was asked about the matter he said: "It is absurd. The track is owned by myself and the estate of Peter McDonnell. Not a share or stock is for sale. We do not need the assistauce of outside capital."
