HORSES ARRIVING AT MONTREAL. Montreal, Quebec, August 27. Three carloads of horses from Toronto and one car from Saratoga arrived at the local track today. Among the horses are Ballot Box, Royal Window, Niblick, Ormondes Right and a carload of steeplechasers from Toronto. Visiting owners are delighted with the track, which is fast and safe. Hon. Sydney Fisher, minister of agriculture, has stationed two voterinaries at Rousepolnt on the .border to avoid delays in the examination of horses coming from the United States. It is reported here tonight that Earl Grey, governor-general of Canada, and Sir Wilfrid Laurier, the premier, will both be present at the opening on Saturday.
