Bergen ran well and suffered from interference. Gaga quit and ran a bad race. Belle Griffon ran well to the stretch. Prince Ahmed ran well, but was restrained too long and could not get up in the stretch. Itedgauntlet was outclassed at the weights. Running Account ran well throughout, but was a lucky second. Hanbridge fell back after being interfered witli and linallv came fast in the stretch, but by no means ran to his true form. Ilaensel was in close pursuit to the stretcli, but lost ground by a wide turn and snotild have been second. High Chance made up ground and finished well. Request was speedy and ran prominently to the stretch, then tired. Clyde ran into the lead 011 the first turn and set the pace to the stretcli, then quit badly aud ran a thoroughly bad race.
